Our Promise

We built CrisisCopilot to help people protect and grow their wealth during uncertain times. If our service does not meet your expectations, we don't want your money. It's that simple.

We believe in earning your trust through the quality of our analysis, not by locking you into a subscription you're unhappy with.

30-Day Full Refund — No Questions Asked

If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked. No justification needed. No hoops to jump through.

Simply email us at support@crisiscopilot.ai with your account email and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Day 31-60 — Prorated Refund

If you cancel between day 31 and day 60 of your billing cycle, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You pay only for the days you used the service.

After 60 Days — Cancel Anytime

After 60 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.

There are no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no long-term contracts. You are never locked in.

Billing Errors

If you were charged by mistake, charged the wrong amount, or experienced any billing error, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund with no time limit for billing errors. This includes duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or incorrect plan pricing.

Service Outages

If CrisisCopilot experiences a service outage that prevents you from accessing your dashboard, alerts, or portfolio copilot for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will credit your account for the duration of the outage. You don't pay for time when our service isn't working.

Annual Plans

If we offer annual subscription plans in the future, the following refund schedule applies:

• Within 30 days: Full refund
• Within 90 days: Prorated refund for unused months
• After 90 days: No refund, but you retain access for the remainder of your annual term

How to Request a Refund

What We Won't Refund

To be fully transparent, we do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Investment losses: CrisisCopilot is an educational platform. If you make trading or investing decisions based on our analysis and experience losses, we are not responsible and cannot offer refunds for those losses. All investments carry risk.
• Dissatisfaction with market outcomes: Our models may produce incorrect signals. Markets are unpredictable. If our analysis does not lead to the outcomes you expected, this is not grounds for a refund beyond the 30-day no-questions-asked period.
• Account sharing violations: If your account is terminated for sharing login credentials in violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

Our Commitment

We would rather lose a subscriber than keep someone's money who isn't getting value from our service. If you ever feel that CrisisCopilot is not worth what you're paying, please tell us. We will either fix the problem or give you your money back.

Your trust is worth more to us than any subscription fee.
